For far too long, women have misinterpreted their pelvic injuries as “normal” because “it is just part of having a baby.” However, many symptoms are common, but never normal. Thankfully, there are many ways to prevent and treat these pelvic health issues which is why I was motivated to create Mommy Care PT. One of my goals is to encourage women to start talking about their symptoms, so we can all be a little more comfortable discussing our concerns with our family, friends, and health care providers.
