Erin Glace PT, MSPT, PRPC is a pelvic health specialist (physical therapist) with over 25 years of experience treating women with pelvic floor problems. She has lectured locally and internationally on physical therapy care for pelvic health.
In 2019, Erin started Mommy Care PT with the mission of improving women's lives through education about preparation and recovery from pregnancy and childbirth. She believes knowledge is power, and in some cases, we can change the course of our lives by intervening early and being proactive in our own care. Mommy Care PT is the fruition of her desire to provide this service to women.
Being a mom to 2 daughters and 1 son means that I have experienced the changes that occur from the pregnancy and delivery of my beautiful children. I know what it's like to feel like you've been hit by a Mack truck and be expected to just "bounce back". I would love to tell you that I knew everything I know now and that I recovered without a glitch, but that would not be true. I have learned so much in the past years and I feel obliged to help women (including my girls) recover as quickly and as completely as possible. We know more now and we need to talk about it. Gone are the days of suffering in silence.
This video makes me giggle, and I hope you will too. I did this with my great friend years ago for her YouTube channel. Sorry for the poor quality, but I had to share it! The correct pooping position is so important to good pelvic floor health for all people and especially new mamas.
